The Year 6 children at the top independent preparatory school on Heathbank Road in Cheadle Hulme won two academic scholarships, one music scholarship, one academic high potential programme and two sports high potential programmes from top schools across the region.

Parent and Child Forest School Workshop for 3 – 7 year-olds

As a concept Forest School began in Scandinavia, where the open-air culture, friluftsliv, or free air life, was seen as a way of life. It arrived to the UK in 1993 and has been growing in popularity ever since.
This year Greenbank School in Cheadle is running a free parent and child Forest School workshop on Wednesday, June 8th between 1:30pm and 3:00pm. The session will be led by the qualified Forest School teachers and will go ahead whatever the weather!
