Manchester High School for Girls – Open Events
MHSG has educated young women, aged 4-18, for nearly 150 years and the girls leave the school as ambitious, principled young women, ready to take on the world.
MHSG’s pioneering alumnae epitomise the school’s approach; from the Pankhurst sisters, to today’s leaders, including Nicola Mendelsohn (EMEA Vice President, Facebook) and Dr Kotska Wallace (Principal Engineer, European Space Agency), they inspire current pupils to aim high.

The girls’ wellbeing and their holistic development is a priority for the staff of the school as they encourage pupils to develop character, to build resilience, self-confidence and self-esteem, so that they can flourish as individuals.
