Stagecoach Performing Arts: a Journey to Confidence.
Have you heard about Stagecoach? No, not the bus company, of course. A bus ride is just a convenience that can take you from one place to another. The Stagecoach that we’re talking about offers a magical journey that can change kids’ lives – whether you’d like your child to become a celebrity or just be a happy and confident person. Stagecoach Performing Arts not only teaches children how to perform on stage but also, and more importantly, how to perform better in life.
The Stagecoach in Altrincham provides quality part-time performing arts training for children and teenagers aged 4-18yrs. It has been running successfully for over 20 years, and the team pride themselves on offering an exciting and inspiring experience to children.
Marion Hankin, the principal of Stagecoach, Altrincham says: “Our aim is to nurture and develop young potential through singing, acting and dance classes, stretching young imaginations and building confidence. And we have an excellent team of highly qualified professionals to do just that”.
This summer Stagecoach, Altrincham are enrolling for their Autumn Term Show Time. Marion explains: “This is our term when we work each week to put on a costumed, staged Musical Show. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get a taste of the stage and the chance to perform to a live audience of friends and family”.
Stagecoach also organises exams in Musical Theatre with the examination board LCM (London College of Music). Marion adds: “We’ve been running these for the past 10 years, and achieving top class results! Most recently, over 30 students taking exams from grade 4 up to and including grade 8 all passed with flying colours – 98% receiving Distinctions”.
