Fizz Fashion Show Back at Well Green Primary

The colder weather has arrived, ho hum. But instead of crying as we wave goodbye to the flip-flops that we fling to the back of the wardrobe. Let’s get all giddy about the chance to add new key pieces (or a whole load more) to our Autumn/Winter wardrobe for 2014.

Well Green Primary School, Hale, is holding a fashion show with Fizz Fashion on Wednesday 22nd October 2014, in a bid to get the ladies of Cheshire looking lovely for the new season ahead, while also raising funds for the school.

Fizz Fashion, is bringing its latest 2014 collections to the school and all you have to do is sit back and watch the fashion show whilst sipping a glass of your favourite tipple. Then enjoy browsing the rails of the wide range of casual, work and evening wear, plus shoes and accessories, to complete your new look.

Mrs Kate Markham, head teacher of Well Green Primary School said it’s a fun evening out and helps to raise money for the school: “Last year’s Fizz Fashion show was a great success. The local residents, mums, grandmas and friends all came together to enjoy an evening of shopping, while also raising some much needed funds for the school. A percentage of what is spent on the night is given to the school. This year the money raised will be used to buy additional computer equipment for the school.

An abundance of local businesses have got involved and donated prizes for the raffle. The gifts on offer include spa treatments, dinner and drinks, and clothing.

PL Pliates has donated a 121 session on the reformer machine, with expert Pilates instructor Laura Pettener, who explains why she’s got involved:
As a local business it’s great to be able to get involved in the fashion show. We have several clients with children at Well Green and it’d be great to reach out to more and show them the benefits of Pilates in everyday life. That aside we love shopping.” She smiles.

Sale marketing agency, Sunny Thinking launched a t-shirt range earlier this year and have kindly donated a selection of adult and children’s t-shirts.
MD, Jonathan Reed said it’s vital for businesses to support local schools.
I have a personal connection with Well Green so jumped at the chance to get involved. Anything that locals business can do to support schools and the resources they need, we should be doing. I’m a typical bloke, shopping isn’t really my thing but in this case I make an exception. I hope a lot of more is raised.”

Any other local business that would like to donate raffle prizes for the evening please contact the school.
