Here is your chance to win a family ticket for a brand new show from the award-winning Scamp Theatre (Private Peaceful, The Lowry 2009) adapted from the bestselling books by Children’s Laureate, Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler (creator of The Gruffalo).

This is a magical collection of Julia Donaldson’s most popular titles including Tiddler, The Smartest Giant in Town, A Squash and A Squeeze and Monkey Puzzle.

Julia Donaldson is the author of 151 books, including bestselling titles The Gruffalo, Room on the Broom and The Snail and the Whale. Speaking of this new production, Julia said, “… It’s the first time a professional theatre company has based a play on a number of my books. It was after seeing Scamp’s production of Michael Morpurgo’s Aesop’s Fables that I was so keen for Scamp to use a similar format for my books. I’m delighted that it’s happened.”

Under sea, over land, on the farm and in the jungle, these tales are woven together with live music, songs, puppets and a host of colourful characters who will delight.
