Jingle Bee All the Way to MediaCityUK!
MediaCityUK welcomes back the annual festive fun run for all the family.
What better way to get into the Christmas spirit than to go dashing through MediaCityUK in Salford on Sunday 24th November for the Jingle Bee Jog, in association with Make Events. It’s a fun event for the festive season, with no times taken and is open to people of all ages and abilities.
The Running Bee Foundation is inviting Santas, Elves, Reindeers, Bees and all things festive and fancy dress to join the 4k fun run.
All the runners will receive a special Christmas medal when they cross the finishing line, plus all little runners will get their hands on a tasty selection box too!
The route begins outside the BBC offices, then goes past the Lowry Plaza at The Lowry Outlet Mall, over the bridge to take in the sights, and finishes in the wonderful Christmassy themed MediaCityUK.
Stephen Owen, The Running Bee Foundation Operations Manager, commented, “We can’t wait to bringing back the Jingle Bee Jog in association with Make Events to MediaCityUK. Every year it creates a real buzz and it’s great to see everyone get into the Christmas spirt. We’re looking forward to bringing some festive fun to Salford.”
The day will be jam packed with entertainment for all the family; including real reindeers and the chance to do a spot of Christmas shopping at The Makers Markets.
The Running Bee is encouraging people to run for the foundation or a cause close to their hearts. All profits from the event will go back into local communities to promote active and healthy lifestyles and tackle childhood obesity.
Entry prices:
Adults: £16 inc. Santa Suit (provide your own suit £11)
Children £11 inc. Santa Suit (provide your own suit £6)
Family of 4 (2 x adult and 2 x child): £45 inc Santa Suit (provide you own suits £25)

The Running Bee Foundation has partnered with Mums&Dads to offer one lucky family of four the chance to win a family ticket to the annual Jingle Bee Jog at MediaCityUK on Sunday 24th November.
The family ticket includes festive fancy dress costumes for the family to wear in the 4k fun run.
